General conditions

Decided not to keep your purchase? Just notify us in writing within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Simply drop us a line by email, telling us that you no longer wish to keep your order along with your reason for returning it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and provide valid tracking number when available. If your item was damaged upon receipt, contact us for a replacement or refund. Partial refunds may be possible for cosmetic damages.

Please note that currently we do not offer prepaid return labels or pick-up services. Customers are responsible for both shipping the parcel back to us and covering any return shipping fees.

 

Q: How can customers return your products?

A: Products can be returned by mail

 

Q: Do I get charged a return fee if I refuse the delivery because I changed my mind and don’t want to keep the item? 

A: Yes, any returns due to your refusal of delivery from a carrier or customer remorse will be subject to our restocking fees. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of order amount. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund. We recommend that you contact us as we will need to review the order to confirm the current status of where the parcel is within the carrier’s network. This restocking fee is also applicable if you wish to cancel an order when it is already in transit. 

Note: If the aforementioned return process is not followed, Tatkraft does not have visibility on the returned item and does not guarantee a refund.

 

Q: How much will customers pay for return shipping?

A: Case 1. There is no cost for defective products (this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way). Actual cost of return shipping is paid by tatkraftshop.com

    Case 2. Actual cost of return shipping is paid by customer for customer remorse (this happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, it doesn’t meet expectations or they no longer want the item)

 

Q: What is restocking fee?

A: Restocking fee is a charge for additional time and labor requiring for testing and inspecting the item’s condition, repackaging, updating inventory status.

 

Q: How much is a restocking fee?

A: We charge 15% of order amount when issuing refund

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: No, once order is placed and paid it can not be canceled.

 

Please note that if the return cannot be verified via proof of postage (valid tracking number), no refund will be issued. Tatkraft will not be held liable for the cost of any items returned without valid tracking.

If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery from a carrier, you will be charged the standard restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this is not a standard nor recommended return process, and Tatkraft does not have visibility on the returned item and might not guarantee a refund.


Return process

To start a return just send us an email at help@tatkraftshop.com 

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In line with our returns policy, your item(s) will need to be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging (with the tags)

  • In a resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase and a photo of the parcel

  • Valid tracking number

Ineligible Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that you used, damaged, missing parts or altered whilst in your possession, including by trying to repair the item

 

Refund process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For non-faulty items returned within 14 days, you will receive a refund only if the items are unused, not damaged, and not damaged labeled packaging.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Replacements

If you have received a defective, faulty or wrong item, we will gladly replace it free of charge. The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to write to us at help@tatkraftshop.com and include the photo of the defective/wrong item as well as your full address.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
